Ann Hammond Page: Office Administrator

Ann Hammond Page, Office Administrator, joined Ann P. Stokes Landscape Architects in 2005 with the assigned goal of getting everyone organized in a rapidly expanding design firm. Before long, Ann Page was looking for new architects, writing proposals and developing office presentations utilizing her new Adobe InDesign skills.

Prior to joining the practice, Ann Page had taken a three year sabbatical from a local law firm where she had spent fourteen years as a Legal Administrator and Immigration Paralegal. During the time off, she honed her skills as a domestic goddess, walked and practiced yoga. In addition, Ann Page accumulated approximately 180 hours volunteering for the Norfolk City Union of the King's Daughters. The highlight of her time off was obtaining certification for her two black Labradors to serve as therapy dogs visiting patients at DePaul Hospital and having children read to the dogs at various libraries. As a result, Ann Page was the perfect candidate to be the chief dog wrangler for our new mascot, George Washington, the Golden Retriever.

Ms. Page, an Army brat, calls Norfolk her home. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of the State of New York. She is a member of the Downtown Circle of the Norfolk City Union of the King's Daughters and Therapy Dogs International. Most importantly, Ann Page loves her co-workers and her position at Ann P. Stokes Landscape Architects where there is never a dull moment.
