Born into a Virginia landscape architect's family, George learned the morals, manners, and body of knowledge requisite for a 21st century Virginia gentleman - well, he's trying. Unmarried (and unneutered), George devoted himself to a busy and happy life. But like his fellow canines, George felt himself hampered by too many regulations and restrictions. As a result, he moderately but firmly voiced his resistance to the restrictions by joining his master's profession - he became proficient in excavation. He realized early that the best strategy was to roll over for a good belly rub. George longed to spend his days swimming, but he soon realized that the employees of APSLA were not functioning well without him, so he became a prime mover, climbing the steps to 440 Granby Street, Suite 200. Before long, George was unanimously elected APSLA's mascot. p>
