Ann P. Stokes Landscape Architects provides summer internship opportunities offering a wide range of practical training and design experience to students actively working toward a degree in landscape architecture. Interns should look forward to immediately becoming engaged in the full spectrum of tasks typical of a private firm. We encourage students enthusiastic about design, and our collaborative studio environment as well as having some AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp experience and hand-drawing skills to contact us. Our office is located in Norfolk's booming downtown district - a vibrant urban setting where interns can enjoy weekly festivals at the waterfront, diverse dining and nightlife and entertainment venues. An easy 30-minute drive east of the office is the world's largest beach resort, Virginia Beach and historical Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown offer unique and enriching day-trips.
