Sarah Picking, Landscape Architectural Designer, joined Ann P. Stokes Landscape Architects once again in March 2007. She is responsible for preparing conceptual illustrations, site designing, planting plans which focus on the use of native species, and budget estimates allowing the firm to maintain control and understanding of the clients' resources.
Ms. Picking is currently working on the site design for 201 Twenty-One, a mixed use brownfield development in Norfolk's Ghent district. Sarah has a special passion for landscape architectural design as a tool for spurring revitalization and reinvestment in communities. Prior to joining the firm, she was fortunate to be part of InSites, a landscape architectural firm also located in Norfolk.
Ms. Picking received her Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland in May 2004.
