Leigh Anne Abiouness joined Ann P. Stokes Landscape Architects in 2015. She manages the day to day business operations, project contracts and billing, office management, and marketing. Leigh Anne assists the office in graphics and site furniture selection.

 

Before coming to the firm, Ms. Abiouness held creative positions across the visual communications industries, entertainment, music, and film. After graduating from the UCLA Design | Media Arts program, she was the Studio Manager for the Rebeca Mendez Studio, graphic design and fine art studio. She also managed scheduling, travel, digital media, correspondence, proposal preparation and financial records. Her experience in the production of fine arts continued as she worked as a production assistant in art departments for commercials, short films, and feature films. She continued as an Executive Assistant to a rock musician aiding in creative projects from documentary feature films, fine art reproduction management, to art installations, along with household and business management. She found a creative home here at APSLA when she returned to her hometown of Norfolk to be closer to her family.

 

Ms. Abiouness recently received her MBA from the College of William & Mary and holds her Bachelor of Arts in Design | Media Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
